Fred Chase, Esq.

Fred Chase has been engaged in corporate paralegal practice in Boston for over thirty years. A graduate of Suffolk University, Fred's undergraduate study in government has fostered a life-long interest in legal affairs and politics.In 2008, Fred worked in the Home Office Legal Department of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where he provided support to investment and finance units, participated in M&A and debt offering transactions and engaged in insurance licensing and regulatory matters. He later joined the legal staff of Liberty International which offers support to the corporate governance and compliance activities of the company's global affiliates in thirty countries. Upon retirement in 2020, Fred was elected to the Town Council of Bridgewater, Massachusetts where he serves as a district councilor in municipal government and was elected council president in 2022.

Fred joined the online teaching staff of the Boston University paralegal certificate program as a Teaching Assistant in 2013 and continues to engage in online instruction.
