Shannon Hogan - BU Online Paralegal Certificate Faculty

Shannon Hogan serves as senior legal project manager at Swift Current Energy. Shannon has nearly twenty years of real estate experience and extensive knowledge of complex transactions. At Swift Current Energy, Shannon manages all legal transaction matters related to Swift Current Energy's business including project development, financing, contracts, and operations.

Prior to joining Swift Current Energy, Shannon was a senior commercial real estate paralegal with the international law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP. At Goodwin, Shannon worked on sophisticated, multi-million-dollar commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States including office towers, hotels, developments, multifamily, retail centers, and portfolios.

Shannon obtained her BA in Mass Communications from Franklin Pierce University and her Paralegal Certificate and Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Boston University.
